Book
In 2018, I spent 45 days tracing the Karnali River from its source in Tibet, through Nepal, to its confluence with the Ganges in India. This 2,000-kilometer journey was a scientific and physical challenge.
Our team was a mix of conservationists, scientists, and explorers and we traveled by foot, boat, and jeep to capture the story of the river. We spent weeks walking through the high Himalayas and rafting through its deep gorges. This book is the chronicle of that journey and the transboundary stories we found along the way
.
